How We Started
His House Property Management was conceived pre-COVID, 2020 and officially opened for business on June 1, 2020. Daniel Preshaw, Broker & Owner of His House had 10+ years’ experience in Property Management, Real Estate and Finance prior to starting the business and saw a need in Northern Colorado for a professional, fair, and well executed Property Management Company.
Since our inception in 2020, we’ve had the pleasure of impacting the lives of hundreds of clients. Our property management division began with twelve homes and has grown organically to over 200 homes located within multiple sub-markets east of the I-25 corridor from Timnath (North) to Firestone (South).

His House was founded on Christian values. God’s word tells us in Matthew 7:24 that the wise man builds his house upon the Rock. That Rock is Jesus Christ. Our prayer at His House is that our services will be a blessing to everyone we do business with, and that we may display the love of Jesus through our work.
Whether it be our Owners, Tenants, or Maintenance Vendors, People will always be our number one priority.
Family-Owned and Operated
A Northern Colorado Native, Daniel and his wife, Sara, along with their three young boys call Greeley home.
Both graduates of the University of Northern Colorado, Daniel and Sara are active members in their community and enjoy spending time with and serving the amazing people of Northern Colorado.
