How We Started
His House Property Management was conceived years before it became a reality. Owner, Daniel Preshaw, had 10+ years’ experience in Property Management, Real Estate and Finance prior to starting His House and saw a need in Northern Colorado for a professional, fair, and well executed Property Management Company. Fast forward a few years and the vision that Daniel had, became what is now His House Property Management.
People Are Our #1 Priority
The Holy Scripture tells us in Matthew 7:24 that the wise man builds his house upon the Rock. That Rock, is Jesus Christ. Our prayer at His House is that the properties we manage will be a blessing to not only the owners, but the residents and maintenance vendors as well.

Family-Owned and Operated
A Northern Colorado Native, Daniel and his wife, Sara, along with their three young boys call Greeley home.
Both graduates of the University of Northern Colorado, Daniel and Sara are active members in their community and enjoy spending time with and serving the amazing people of Northern Colorado.
