Suzannah has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. She spent many years living around the U.S. and overseas before settling in this beautiful state. She received her Business degree from The University of Northern Colorado and stayed at UNC for her Masters in Communication.

Suzannah and her husband Scott live in Windsor with their two children (Maisy and Cade). She has worked in real estate with her husband for several years, providing interior design and photography services for their custom home building business. She enjoys all kinds of cooking and baking with her kids, as well as family hiking trips and road trips.

The Lead Property Manager has many hats to wear, but Suzannah wears them well, as evidenced by our happy residents and investor-clients. We are beyond blessed to have Suzannah as part of the team!

Kyra brings a well rounded background in real estate, with experience in transactions and closings, homeowners associations, and property management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she combines strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills with a genuine passion for helping others.

Outside of real estate, Kyra enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community. She teaches dance to toddlers and adults with developmental disabilities, something she finds incredibly rewarding. Her love for people, her hometown, and helping others makes serving the Greeley community through real estate especially meaningful to her.

Kyra grew up in the Glenmere neighborhood and has a deep connection to the community she calls home. Her experience in property management and HOA management has given her a strong appreciation for the importance of well-maintained properties, strong communication, and building positive relationships with owners, tenants, and community members. She is passionate about helping property owners feel confident that their investments are being cared for and managed with attention to detail.

Kacie, a Colorado native, was raised in Greeley, CO. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK. Kacie joins our team with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kacie most recently held the position of Marketing/Relocation Director at Sears Real Estate in Greeley for over 14 years, and prior to that, worked as a REALTOR for almost 6 years.

Kacie and her husband, Dan, reside in Greeley with their daughter and her two step-children. Kacie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending community events, reading and most of all loves being a wife and mother.

Amanda grew up in eastern Colorado and attended Aims Community College pursuing a degree in business. She has worked in many customer and human service positions ranging from call center and administrative/office industries to working in the youth services and corrections field. She enjoys working in a position where she can be of service to others; helping others succeed, grow, and heal in all aspects of their life. Amanda is knowledgeable in the many resources available to those in need who may have unexpected hardships or struggles.

Amanda and her husband Tim live east of Greeley on a small acreage with their 2 daughters (Lilliana and Kinzley). They also have 2 older sons who have graduated and are living life on their own (Cody and Christian). Amanda enjoys the outdoors year-round whether it be hunting with her husband, fishing, camping, gardening, SUPing and swimming with her girls, or snow shoeing and making snow angels. She also enjoys volunteering for various projects and groups within her church.
